Contact EPSIA in Berlin
Companies can use the contact form to send EPSIA an enquiry about a software project. Every enquiry is answered personally by a member of the EPSIA team. The first point of contact is Daniel Erbert, Managing Director of EPSIA GmbH.

How can I reach EPSIA?
An enquiry via the contact form requires your name, email address and a short message. Company and phone number are optional. EPSIA replies by email to the address you provide.
EPSIA GmbH is based at Siegfriedstraße 152, 10365 Berlin. The email address for direct contact is given in the legal notice. Information on how data submitted via the contact form is processed can be found in the privacy policy.
What helps with a first enquiry?
Three pieces of information help with an initial assessment: what kind of software project is it, what task or problem should be solved, and what is the intended time frame?
This could be, for example, software for a device or a machine, a custom specialist application or the takeover of existing software. On this basis, EPSIA can propose a suitable first project step.
What happens after the enquiry?
After a first enquiry, EPSIA and the customer clarify the starting point, the desired result and the key technical constraints.
EPSIA can then offer a clearly defined first step, for example an architecture review, an assessment of an existing software system or a requirements analysis with a functional specification. This first project step has an agreed fixed price and a defined result.
The results of this first step belong to the customer and can be used even if EPSIA is not commissioned with the subsequent implementation.
Where does EPSIA work?
EPSIA is a software company based in Berlin-Lichtenberg and works for customers across Germany, both on site and remotely.
Software development and testing take place mainly in Berlin. Workshops, technical assessments and commissioning can take place at the customer's site, depending on the project.
